1. Loaded Chocolate Chip

Makes: 24 marijuana cookies
Takes: 23 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of softened cannabutter (or cannabis coconut oil)
  • ⅓ cup of coconut palm sugar
  • ½ cup of Splenda
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 cookie sheet
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 medium mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Cover your cookie sheet in a layer of parchment paper to keep them from sticking.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix them all using a whisk.
  4. In the second bowl, you will need to cream together the sugars, vanilla, and cannabutter.
  5. Now add one egg at a time, while gently whisking them into the creamed ingredients.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  • ½ cup of Splenda
  • ½ cup of coconut palm sugar
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • ½ tablespoon of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 egg

  • 1 cookie sheet
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 mixing spoon
  • 1 electric mixer
  • 2 medium mixing bowls
  • parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F.
  2. Add the strawberries to one bowl along with ½ tablespoon of flour and stir them until the fruit chunks are evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, you will need to cream together the sugars and cannabutter using an electric mixer until they reach a light and airy consistency.
  4. Now add the eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder to the bowl, and combine them using the electric mixer.
  5. The last ingredient to add is the strawberries which should be folded into the dough using a mixing spoon. Continuing at this point with an electric mixer with risk mashing all of the berry pieces.
  6. Spoon drops of the cookie dough onto a parchment lined baking pan and cooked them in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  7. These marijuana cookies will stay hot for quite a while, so be sure to let them sit for at least 20 minutes to cool before serving.
