1. Peanut butter

These cannabis-infused cookies are sweet, soft and will melt in your mouth long after they cool. For a slightly crunchier cookie add two minutes to the request baking time.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cannabutter
  • 3 cups of crunchy peanut butter (or smooth)
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • 2 cups of brown sugar (packed)
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 ½ cups of all-purpose white flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 teaspoons of baking soda

Instructions

  1. Cream the cannabutter, peanut butter, sugar, and eggs inside of a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a different bowl, add all the dry ingredients, and sift them together until thoroughly combined.
  3. Now slowly add dry ingredients to the wet and mix them until they reach a smooth and even consistency.
  4. Roll the dough into one-inch balls and bake them on a cookie sheet in an oven that has been preheated to 375 degrees F for ten minutes.

  4. Preheat an oven to 374 F, and while you wait, roll the dough into one-inch sized balls, and place them onto a cookie sheet.

  • 4 cups of quick cooking oats
  • 2 cups of shredded coconut (dry)
  • ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 cups of white granulated sugar

  • 1 cup of white milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, cocoa powder, and coconut in a large bowl.
  2. Add the cannabutter, sugar, and milk to a saucepan, and set it to medium heat.

  4. Pour the chocolate over the top of the dry ingredients and use a large spoon to mix them.
  5. Once the ingredients have been thoroughly combined, you can drop spoonfuls of the mix on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and place them in a fridge for one hour to set.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cannabutter
  • 1 ½ cups of white granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cups of brown sugar (packed)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 4 cups of all-purpose white flour
  • 1 ¼ cups of cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1-2 liters of ice cream (your choice of flavor)

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add all of the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and whisk them together.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the cannabutter, sugars, and cream, then whisk them together until they are light and fluffy.
  4. Now add the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla, by beating them into the wet ingredients.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixing bowl and stir them together until thoroughly combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto baking sheets and cook them in the oven for 9-10 minutes.
  7. Cool the weed cookies for at least 30 minutes before adding the ice cream.
  8. Once cool, top one cookie with 1-3 tablespoons of your favorite ice cream and wrap them in a freezer safe container before freezing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose white flour
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • ⅔ cup of white granulated sugar
  • ½ cup of buttermilk
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of cannabutter
  • 3 cups of chocolate (dark or milk)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the salt, baking soda, whole wheat flour, baking powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and cannabutter to a food processor, and blend them until lump free.
  3. Pour the buttermilk into the processor, and pulse for 1 full minute.
  4. Empty the ingredients into a bowl and begin shaping one-inch balls with the dough, and dropping them onto a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake the weed cookies for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Once the cookies have finished baking, set them on a cooling rack for 35 minutes.
  7. Once the cookies have cooled down, you can temper the chocolate. The easiest way to do this is to use one teaspoon of margarine and add it to a safe microwave bowl with the chocolate. Heat it on high in 30-second intervals, removing to stir between each one. Do this until the chocolate is completely melted and ready to be used.
  8. Use a tablespoon to scoop some of the melted chocolate out of the bowl and onto the top of each cookie. Spread it around evenly for a fancier result.
  9. Set each one on a cooling rack for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
