Cooking time: 5 minutes

- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 ½ cups rice crispies
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- ½ cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup cannabutter
- Wax paper
- 9x113 baking dish
Add the cannabutter and peanut butter to a saucepan and let them melt together over medium heat.
Once both ingredients have been reduced to a liquid, it’s time to add the butterscotch chips to the pan.
Stir the mixture frequently and continue to cook it over medium heat until the chips are completely melted.
Remove the saucepan from the burner and then set it on the counter for a few minutes to cool down.
Once the saucepan is cool enough that you can touch it comfortably with your hands, add in the rice crispies and mini chocolate chips.
Use a spoon to stir everything together until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Next, evenly distribute the marshmallows, throughout the gooey goodness, then line a 9x13 baking pan with wax paper.
Pour the peanut butter and marshmallow mix into the baking pan and use another sheet of wax paper to press any air bubbles out of the thick layer.
Leave the wax paper as a cover and set the pan in the fridge to cool for approximately 2 hours.
Once you have a solid brick of marshmallow and peanut butter, divide it into 12 equal portions for a perfect snack-sized treat.
