The best cannabis infused complete pizza recipe
Pizza has long been a stereotypical stoner food, so it seems fitting to feature a recipe that includes all of the deliciousness that you crave while high in a potent combination of weed-infused ingredients for the most seasoned consumers. This one is not for those who are inexperienced with marijuana edibles, as the effects are intense and long-lasting.
If you do not have a prior history with edibles, then you can still enjoy a cheesy pot pizza, but you might want to swap out a few of the ingredients. The instructions and ingredient list will translate to approximately 100mg of THC per slice, so be sure to enjoy this masterpiece with caution. Each pizza contains 8 individual servings, so if you have a large group to feed, you may need to make extra.
Cannabis infused pizza crust
This light and fluffy marijuana pizza crust is easy to replicate and doesn’t take long to prepare, so there is no need to pre-make a whole meal the night before. Spruce it up a bit by sprinkling cannabis cheese, or parmesan cheese to the outer edges of the crust, or enjoy the mellow and delicious flavors of the olive oil base.
- 2 ½ cups of white flour
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- 3 tablespoons of cannabis oil (olive oil is preferred)
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 2 ¼ teaspoons of dry yeast (active)
- ½ teaspoon of spices (thyme, oregano, or basil)
- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 baking pan, stone or tray
- 1 mixing tool
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Combine the sugar, yeast and water in a mixing bowl until all the solids have dissolved.
Now add the salt and cannabis oil to the liquid and stir until well blended.
Add the herbs and flour to the liquid and fold the ingredients until they reach a thick and moldable consistency.
Spread the pizza crust dough over the pan and try to keep the same thickness all over to avoid uncooked areas.
