  • Remove the saucepan from the burner and set it aside.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and begin to prepare the shells. Core the bell peppers from the top so that they form perfect, little bowls, with an opening that is as wide as possible. This might mean removing up to 1/3 of the upper portion; the remaining pieces can be diced and used as a topping later.

  • Scoop the cannabis-infused minced beef into each of the pepper shells until they are evenly full.

  • Top each one off with a hearty helping of shredded cheese.

  • Bake the stuffed pepper tacos in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the shell of the peppers soften to your liking.

  • Serving hot with prepared toppings available for guests to self-serve as they please.

  • How long do edibles take to kick in?

If your only prior history is with smoking weed, then you might be in for a bit of a surprise when you try to eat it. Edibles are often responsible for the overwhelming and uncomfortable experiences that some consumers have reported, and that is because they can take a while to kick in. In order to feel the effects of edibles, the product must make it to your stomach, which can take up to 2 hours. Hence the reason why it is recommended to wait at least 2 hours between cannabis-infused servings so that you have time to gauge the effects and maintain control over getting high.

    How long do edibles last?

A lot of consumers assume that edibles and their effects are similar to smoking weed, but the truth is that these cannabis goods, tend to be much more potent with intense effects that can last much longer than any other method of ingestion. From the moment you’ve finished one of these cannabis-infused pepper tacos, the effects can last for up to 12 hours.
