  • 4 bananas
  • 1 sliced pineapple
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or coconut water)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coconut
  • ⅓ cup of hemp hearts

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender except for the hemp hearts and coconut.

  • 1 tablespoon of CBD infused coconut oil
  • 1 ½ cups of orange juice
  • 1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup of plain unsweetened yogurt

Instructions

  • ¼ cup of blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • 5 heaping teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter
  • 2 cups of vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ⅓ cup of ice
  • ¼ cup of spinach

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas before adding all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Then combine them on high for one minute or until smooth.

Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of CBD infused coconut oil
  • 4 bananas
  • 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups of almond milk (vanilla)
  • ¼ cup of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed

Instructions

Instructions
