Today we are honored to have the first ever to win an Olympic gold medal for Men's Snowboarding at the 1998 Winter Olympics, Ross Rebagliati. He is an extreme sport enthusiast, a Canadian professional snowboarder and an Olympic Gold Medal Winner. Ross is also a cannabis activist and the founder and CEO of Legacy Brands, a CBD consumables company and Ross' Gold, a medical cannabis merchandise company.
Ross has become a cultural phenomenon in the marijuana world and is an outspoken advocate of medical cannabis. Ross and his business partner launched Ross' Gold in January 2013 with the primary focus of establishing a brand in Canada which could be relatable to consumers and to gain a foothold in the industry under the federal government's new regulations. A couple years after, in January 2018, they founded Legacy by Ross which is a "Growing Lifestyle©” that promotes healthy living.
Ross believes that Cannabis has many benefits of which CBD (cannabidiol) is one of the major ones, as such he continues to use his platform to spread awareness and help other athletes.
