From scratch cannabis chicken fajitas

We all love fast meal ideas that are convenient and budget-friendly, but it’s nice when you can have both of those things, and still be able to make it all from scratch. This fajita recipe is more than your average combination of ingredients because it uses only the most wholesome and shows you how to make your very own tortilla wraps with only four ingredients.

A warm, soft tortilla can complement a variety of fillings, from colds cuts and lettuce to a well-spiced chicken fajita mix, but despite how often people use them, most have no idea how easy it is to make them from scratch. Here we will show you one of the simplest tortilla recipes and this one’s foolproof, no matter your experience level.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 2/3 cups hot water
  • ¼ cup cannabis-infused vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the flour and salt to a large mixing bowl and whisk the two ingredients together.

  3. Combine everything until the dough forms an easy to mold ball that holds its shape.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 red cooking onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground chili pepper
