Low carb desserts get a really bad rap, but they don’t have to be tasteless. In fact, they don’t have to be much different at all in either flavor or texture as long as you’ve got a good recipe to go by. Keto recipes, in particular, seem to be a struggle for many, as finding safe diet alternatives that will satisfy a craving for the real thing is incredibly hard, but with a bit of experimentation it is entirely possible to have low carb desserts that are also keto-friendly, and we prove that here with these keto brownies.

How to make pot brownies that are keto-friendly

These chocolate keto brownies are absolutely amazing, fresh out of the oven without any fancy additions like icing, but if you feel up to an extra special treat, you can add anything from your favourite nuts and fruits to chocolate chips or candy bits. If you’re looking for some mouth-watering keto brownies that are super easy, and come infused with cannabutter, then this might be the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth. They are light and fluffy, and still maintain that delightfully chewy layer that will keep you coming back for more.

  • Ideas for pot brownies

These low carb desserts are perfectly good naked, but they can be even better if you take a moment to dress them up with all of your favourite toppings. Banana chocolate brownies pair perfectly with all kinds of things like a big scoop of vanilla ice cream, a dollop of whipped cream, some fresh sliced berries, or a sprinkle of icing sugar for something extra simple. They also hold up quite well for up to 1 week stored in the fridge, or 1 month in the freezer, so even if you don’t have friends coming over to entertain, you can hash a little stash of ready-made edibles, which will be ready and available for when the craving strikes.
