The aromatic smell of the marijuana plant may not be as appealing to some as it is to others. The aroma from the herb whether being burnt vaped or cooked can be offensive to some. Some of us love the earthy aromatic tones that marijuana provides. For those that want to cover or eradicate the smell of cannabis, here are some suggestions that may help.

Incense vs candles

Incense provides an aroma that is not only pleasing to the senses but is known to take one to the next level of high. The chemical in certain incense known as incensole acetate which is found in Frankincense is used in religious ceremonies. The purpose is to heighten spirituality. The combination of burning incense while smoking weed could help in elevating anti-depressive moods. Sounds like something that would be great to accompany a cerebral strain of your favorite herb. My suggestion is the famous Nag Champa Incense the aromas of the sandalwood vanilla, black pepper, and flower oils to name a few is a wonderful diversion from the odor of the cannabis. You may choose to try another incense stick to cover up the smell. Don’t be fooled by marijuana scented incense sticks. These cannabis incense sticks do not smell like cannabis. They do however have a nice sweet, earthy odor that some might prefer to the smell of the real thing. Not sure how that could be, but it does happen. If you’re really into the smell of marijuana, but without the benefits of indulging, you could always get a weed candle, that smells of weed but has no other qualities.

Best candle scent to hide weed smell

Candles do produce an alternative odor to the smell of marijuana and add a wonderful visual to support the feelings of the night's indulgence. Sad to say they only mask the smell. Thankfully there are some candles that get rid of weed smell, well, they can fool some into believing that they have. The candle’s scent along with the brand and age of candle will also play a part in the masking or not, of marijuana odor. One of the best scents to hide the smell of weed is the cannabis killer candle. You need to remember to light the candle before you partake. It takes a while for the candle to do work. The candle has natural ingredients that cover and remove the smell; candle burning time is about 90 minutes.

Febreze

Well, they smell very nice on their own but who can leave dryer sheets sprayed with Febreze lying around their house? If the purpose is to hide the smell of the marijuana discreetly, then here is a better way to enlist the aid of Febreze. Take your empty toilet roll tube, stuff it with your Febreze sprayed dryer sheets cover the end of your type with another dryer sheet. You could use a favorite lost sock sprayed with the best Febreze scent used for masking the weed odor. You need to secure the sock or Febreze sheet with a rubber band to hold it secure. Now you have your filter to blow your cannabis smoke through. The smell will hopefully be masked by the wonderful smell of “fresh laundry,” I use this as the best Febreze scent for weed distraction.
