White Widow

White Widow Cannabis Strain

What is White Widow

White Widow, a strain with a fairly ominous sounding name, is a hybrid of South Indian indica strains and sativa landrace strains from Brazil. Despite the originating countries of its parent strains, White Widow was actually crossed in the Netherlands, by the company Green House Seeds. White Widow has been extremely common in Dutch coffee and head shops, since its creation in the early 90’s. True to its name, White Widow possesses white buds and crystal resin. White Widow reinvigorates users with refreshing, strong blasts of energy and stimulation. This strain is sure to spark the desire for conversation, as it makes users talkative and happy. Growers have used White Widow extensively over the years to give rise to many other “white” strains like White Rhino and White Russian, and non-white, Blue Widow. Even with its many offshoots though, many growers favor the original and continue to grow White Widow itself. When growing White Widow, give it around 60 days for it to flower indoors
