A cheesy breakfast casserole recipe

This delicious breakfast is dense and filling, and it’s so strong that it will take you on the trip of your life if you eat too much, so be careful, and stick to one serving every 2 hours or more for the best possible experience.

- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1-pound ground sausage
- 20-ounce bag frozen hash browns
- 6 large eggs
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 bell pepper (cored and chopped)
- 1 cooking onion (diced)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cannabutter (softened)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt (to taste)
- Diced green onion (optional as garnish)
- Large saucepan
- Slotted spoon
- Large mixing bowl
- Medium mixing bowl
- Microwave safe bowl
- 9x9 baking dish
- Aluminum foil
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
While you wait, get to cooking the ingredients. Start by browning the sausage in a saucepan over medium heat
Drain the grease from the sausage then dump the meat into a large mixing bowl.
Don’t rinse the saucepan, as you will need the residual grease to sauté the bell pepper and onion which you can add now. This usually takes around five minutes to complete.
Toss in the garlic and continue to cook the mixture together for another 2 minutes.
Once the garlic is fragrant, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the veggies to the bowl of sausage.
Now add the cheese, and hash browns to the bowl as well, and ensure that all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined with a good stir.
In a smaller bowl, add the eggs, pepper, milk, and salt and whisk them together until evenly blended.
Pour the liquid mixture over top of the sausage and hash browns and stir everything together.
Finally, it’s time to add the magic ingredient, but to do that, you will need to melt the cannabutter in the microwave until it liquefies well enough to drizzle over the casserole mixture.
