Healthy living is an important part of our lives today as we become more aware of what the consequences of our long term actions can be, which leads many of us to question what we could do to feel better and just be better. It’s an arduous task that can feel like it eats up every moment of your day, especially if you’re already experiencing a decline in health or an increase in uncomfortable symptoms, but it’s something that’s relatively easy to do with a few minor tweaks that should start with your diet.

The benefits of green juice made with hemp

Hemp juice includes all of the incredible elements of the hemp plant, as long as you use materials that are fresh and raw for juicing, including cannabinoids, terpenes, healthy fats, and vitamins that can offer a fast boost for the immune system, and a jolt of all-natural energy that won’t leave you feeling groggy like caffeine. It also isn’t addictive, which is a great thing as you will not have to rely on it, and it tastes so good that you’ll definitely feel yourself craving more when the time is right.

How to make green juice with hemp

Hemp juice is just like any other kind of homemade juice. Only it’s made with a key ingredient, which is some part of the hemp plant. Some prefer to skip the hard work that’s required when you make your own juice, by adding pre-bottled hemp oil, but all of the best stuff lies within the hemp leaves, and everything is better when it’s fresh, which is why we highly recommend that you learn how to make your own at home.

To make this fantastic green juice, you’re going to need a few key ingredients, and though we provide a list, you can experiment with the different included fruits and veggies until you find one that suits your preference. Just be sure to keep the measurements close to the ones we’ve listed below, so that you end up with an appropriate amount of juice to serve four people.

Preparation time: 1 hour 5 minutes

Calories: 59

Servings: 4

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 red apple
  • 15 large hemp leaves (or a small handful of flower)
  • 16 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 head romaine lettuce

  1. Prepare all of the ingredients by washing, coring the apples and removing the butt of the lettuce.

  2. Slowly put each bunch of fruit or leaves into the juicer, allowing each one to process before adding another.

  3. Once all of the ingredients have been turned into a delicious green juice, pour it into a pitcher, and refrigerate for at least one full hour before serving for the best flavor and effects.

How much of this green hemp juice is safe to drink?

Since we’re using hemp products, there will only be traces of cannabinoids like THC that make it into the juice, and since this version is cold-pressed, we can guarantee that it won’t get you stoned, or cause other uncomfortable side effects that you’ll have to worry about. With that said, too much juice can wreak havoc on a stomach that isn’t used to digesting so many veggies, so take it easy, with a two-drink limit to avoid any potential issues in that department.
