These two delicious traditional treats are sure to impress and leave all your guests begging for more. These recipes are an amazing combination of marijuana edible recipes and holiday goodies. Made using only the simplest ingredients from scratch these recipes use cannabutter as a base ingredient. Cannabutter pumpkin pie
With Christmas right around the corner, there is nothing for traditional than a pumpkin pie. This creamy, mouth-watering pumpkin pie is made using an old family recipe and adjusted to use cannabutter as a substitute for regular butter.
Time to Make: 1 hour
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 2 cups of canned pumpkin
- ¾ cup of brown sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of half and half cream
- ⅓ cup of cannabutter
- ½ teaspoon on vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon of ginger
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 nine-inch pastry shell (store-bought, or homemade will work)
- Whipped cream or ice cream for topping
- 1 whisk
- 1 pie pan
- 1 mixing spoon
- 1 large mixing bowl
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Pour cream cheese and pumpkin into a large mixing bowl and whisk until evenly blended.
Now add ¾ cup of brown sugar and a pinch of salt before stirring again.
Crack two eggs into the mixing bowl and pour in one cup of half and half cream and ½ cup of cannabutter. Blend mixture.
Now add ½ teaspoon of vanilla, ¼ teaspoon of ginger, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
Add Filling to the premade pie crust and then bake the pie on a middle rack for 45 minutes or until the filling completely sets.
Allow pie 20-30 minutes for cooling before serving. Garnish with your favorite addition like whipped cream or ice cream and enjoy.
Cannabutter sugar cookies
The delightful thing about edibles is that they can be adjusted according to personal preference and can be made from old recipes simply by substituting regular butter with cannabutter. Easy cannabutter edibles are a great strategy to win over your friends and family over the holidays. This cannabis cookie recipe could add just the right touch to your family get together this Christmas.
Servings: 12 cookies
Time to Make: 1.5 hours
- 2.5 cups of flour
- 1 cup of white granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of cannabutter
- 1 rolling pin
- Cookie cutters
- 1 large cookie sheet
- 1 spatula
- 1 mixing bowl
- Plastic wrap
Pour flour, salt, and baking soda into a mixing bowl and stir until evenly blended. Set this mix aside for now.
Add cannabutter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla into a bowl and stir thoroughly until the constancy is creamy like peanut butter.
Slowly add the first bowl of dry ingredients into the second while mixing.
Continue to stir until all ingredients are combined.
Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and place the dough into a fridge for one hour to harden.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Flour a clean surface and remove the dough from the fridge.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough until it is approximately ⅓ of an inch thick.
Use your preferred cookie cutters to cut as many cookies as you can from the dough sheet.
Place cut cookies onto a cookie sheet and bake for 11 minutes on a middle rack.
Allow to cool completely before decorating.

- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Food coloring
- 3 tablespoons of cannabutter
- Icing applicator
- Mixing spoon
- Mixing bowl
- Add icing sugar, cannabutter, milk, and vanilla into a mixing bowl and stir until evenly blended.
- Add food coloring. This step is not necessary but can be used by separating the icing among separate bowls to create a variety of decorating colors. 1-2 drops of food coloring per bowl should be sufficient.
- Decorate cookies using either an icing applicator, a paint brush, or by dipping each cookie into the preferred color.
Remember, your recipe will only be as potent as your cannabutter. In some cases, less may be more so keep in mind these are guidelines only. Beginners should start with one half of a serving, and more seasoned users should be ok with one full serving.
Pumpkin Pie - The pie recipe makes 12 servings which should be divided accordingly. It is not recommended to exceed more than one slice every two hours to maintain control over the effects of the edible.
Cannabutter Sugar Cookies - This sugar cookie recipe should make approximately 12 cookies with each cookie being equal to half of a serving. What this means is that each person should be given 2 cookies at intervals of every two hours or more.
