There’s no better way to celebrate and cool down this summer than with a few delicious mango recipes, and we’ve got the low down on some of the most fantastic, easy-to-make options out there! Elevate the mind and delight the tastebuds with these three amazing choices.

1. Mango salsa

Mango salsa is a whole lot like regular salsa, only instead of red tomatoes, we substitute ripe mangoes for a unique twist on an old favourite. However, you will need cannabis-infused oil to infuse this dish, so if you don’t already have some on hand, it’s best to start with our guide on the subject, which will take you through the process from beginning to end.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4

  • 2 large mangoes
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon cannabis-infused oil
  • 1-6 drops of fresh lemon juice
  • Sea salt (to taste)

  • Sharp knife
  • Small dip bowl
  • Mixing spoon

  1. Peel and cube the mangoes into small, bite-sized pieces.

  2. Toss all of the ingredients together in a small dip bowl.
Serve and enjoy or store it away (covered in plastic) in the fridge for later.

2. Mango milkshake

There’s nothing that will help you to beat the summer heat more than a fast and easy mango milkshake. The magic ingredient in this fruity recipe is cannamilk, so if you’re not yet equipped with this special addition, then head on over to our recipes page, where you’ll find everything you need to get started. It is also important to note that this recipe is for a single serving, so be sure to multiply the called for ingredients if you’re looking to make enough to feed a group.

  • 1 cup cannamilk
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

  • Paring knife
  • Blender
  • Serving glass

  1. Use a sharp knife to peel and chop the mango into small, bite-sized cubes.

  2. Toss ¾ of the mango cubes into a blender along with all of the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Blend the mixture on high until smooth.

  4. Pour the mango milkshake into a tall glass and garnish it with the remaining fruit cubes.

This cooling summer drink is best served fresh, as trying to store it in the fridge will result in melting and a slight change in texture.

3. Mango salad

This mango salad is unique, boasting some of the most powerful flavours of summer in a way that perfectly complements the natural sweet and sour notes in the fruit. For this one, you’ll need a dose of cannabis-infused vegetable oil or another equivalent substitute, and if you need help to make some, then we highly recommend checking out our recipe, which can be found by clicking here.
