Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Servings: 4

  • Popcorn seasoning (only necessary if you want flavor)
  • 2 large peeled potatoes (any kind)
  • ½ cup cannabis-infused oil (olive or coconut)
  • 2 tablespoons salt

  • Cookie sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Sharpened knife
  • Paper towels
  • Sauce brush
  • Mixing bowl

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Use parchment paper to line a cookie sheet or similar sized baking pan.

  3. Wash the potatoes and then pat them dry with paper towels.

  4. Slice the potatoes into thin pieces as evenly as possible. It can be difficult to get the same thickness of store-bought chips, but that’s not necessary for the great taste to shine through.

  • Spread the pieces out so that they have enough breathing room that they aren’t touching each other, and then drizzle the entire sheet full, with the cannabis-infused cooking oil of your choice.

  • Use a brush to spread the cannabis oil evenly over each slice, and then once the oven is ready, you can pop them in and bake them for 15 minutes, or until they’ve reached a golden-brown color.

  • Dump the cooked potato chips into a large mixing bowl, then add salt and flavor them to your liking. For a super salty finish, use the full 2 tablespoons or for a milder option, half the amount. The end result can be whatever you want it to be, so don’t be afraid to try one as you go along until you discover the ideal amount to your liking.

  • Your freshly baked weed chips are now seasoned and ready to be enjoyed.
