How to make marijuana ice cream

It will make enough for eight portions.
Cannabis Infused Oreo Ice Cream
This cannabis-infused ice cream is creamy and made with only the purest ingredients. This base recipe can be flavored any way you like with toppings or other additions such as fruit, nuts, chocolate, caramel, and more.
Time to Make: 8 hours and 15 minutes
• ½ ounce of dried bud
• 1 cup butter
• 2 teaspoons lecithin in granular form
• 28 ounces condensed milk
• 4 cups heavy cream
• 1 bag of Oreos
• Toppings (optional)
• Fine mesh metal strainer
• 1 cookie sheet
• Parchment paper
• 2 mixing bowls
• Electric hand mixer
• Rubber spatula
• Freezer safe sealable container
Step 1 - The first step in making this delicious treat is decarboxylating your bud. To do this, you will preheat an oven to 220F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. You want to evenly spread the bud and keep it away from any exposed metal edges of the pan. Now bake your bud on the cookie sheet for 35-40 minutes.
Step 2 - Remove decarboxylated bud from oven and allow time to cool as you prepare the ingredients and tools for your cannabutter including grinding the decarboxylated bud.
Step 3 - To make cannabutter you will put 1 cup of butter and ½ ounce of decarboxylated bud with two teaspoons of lecithin granules into a broiler-safe container. You will now cook the mixture in a double boiler for 2.5 hours.
Step 4 - Now it’s time to strain any excess plant matter from your cannabutter. Place a piece of cheesecloth or fine mesh filter over a mixing bowl and slowly filter the mixture.
Step 5 - Add 28 ounces of condensed milk into the mixing bowl and gently stir together until it reaches a smooth well-blended consistency.
Step 6 - Now pour 4 cups of heavy cream into a separate bowl and whisk the cream using an electric mixer until it is thoroughly whipped. This should take 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 7 - Now it’s time to blend both mixtures together. Use a rubber spatula to slowly fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream mixture.
Step 8 - Break up all the Oreos into halves and quarters and slowly add them to the mixture by folding in from the outer corners, just as you did when mixing the last 2 bowls together.
Step 9 - Pour the Oreo mixture into a freezer safe sealable container. Now you can add any toppings you may like such as sprinkles, caramel, chocolate, etc. When finished cover it and place the container into a freezer.
Step 10 - Freeze for at least 8 hours before serving. Makes 8 portions.
Now your ice cream marijuana combo is ready to enjoy! This recipe can be altered and personalized in so many ways. Feel free to use any favorite cookie as an addition. It’s also worth noting that it is always suggested that you start with low doses of THC when new to edibles. Edibles will affect a user much longer than smoking, and the buzz is much more intense which can be enough to make some uncomfortable if they are unfamiliar with what to expect. This recipe is recommended to serve 8 seasoned users, but if the people consuming it are relatively new, half of that could easily be enough.
