How to make hemp bombs and why you should try one
With so many new, all-natural products hitting the shelves, and most of them making some pretty wild claims, it can be quite the task to sift through and find the real facts. Some producers of hemp oil options like creams or bombs use abrasive additives that might not be the best for your skin. If you seek a full sense of relaxation without the worry about what you might be using to do it, then hemp bombs might just be the solution.
The benefits of hemp oil for skin
1. Soothes inflammation
Hemp oil is made from cold-pressed seeds, so it does not contains any of the psychoactive elements as cannabis oil, but it does hold a rich Omega-6 fatty acid called gamma-linolic acid (GLA) that is excellent for your skin as it works as an anti-inflammatory that also stimulates cell regeneration and skin growth.
2. Regulates oil production
The natural oils and fats in the hemp oil help to form a protective layer over the skin that locks in moisture and nourishes as it protects from the harsher elements like wind and UV rays.
3. Anti-aging properties
Though it might not entirely eliminate deep wrinkles, hemp oil can help to soften lines as it encourages healing and skin regeneration which our bodies naturally lose the ability to manage as we age.
The addition of hemp milk
If you don’t have this bonus ingredient, then don’t panic, as hemp bombs with only hemp oil, are still quite effective, but the addition of hemp milk adds a thick, rich and luscious feel to the water as the ball dissolves. It might not be necessary, but the difference is certainly worth going the extra mile to achieve.
