It might sound like a strange addition to a cannabis-infused menu, but the truth is that these ice cubes work like magic in several different scenarios to make a drink or dish so much better than before. This is one of the cheapest options if you’re looking to get a crowd lifted, and their use is so versatile that once you get used to adding them to a few things, in no time, you’ll find more unique combinations than we could ever cover here.

To make cannabis ice cubes, you’ll need a few things including a flavoring which is optional but would be a powerful addition, a cannabis concentrate that is activated, which we’ll cover more in-depth down below, some fruit, really any kind that you really enjoy eating, ice cube trays, and of course, plain old water to bring the whole thing together.

Workable cannabis concentrates

Truthfully, there are many different kinds of cannabis concentrates that could be used in this recipe, but we prefer to stick to the ones that come pre-activated, and ready to use, and those that will mix right in with ease offering a more even dose in each of the ice cubes.

The best options out there include tincture and distillate, but of course, the latter of the two would need a much smaller amount to provide similar results. So to make a batch, you’ll need either ¼ cup of cannabis tincture or 1 tablespoon of cannabis distillate, and if you opt for the thicker cannabis distillate, then you’ll need to add an extra ¼ cup of water or juice to make up for the difference in volume.

Ingredient combinations

The average ice cube tray can hold around 3 cups of ingredients, so feel free to play with the combinations in any way that you like, as long as you stay within the given measurements for each one, otherwise, your cubes will be overflowing, making them difficult to get out of the tray or to use as you need them.
