- 1 cup of linseed meal
- 2 cups of almond meal
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 8 eggs
- 6 teaspoons of either apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of oil (olive oil preferred)

- 2 bread pans
- Oven
- Mixing Spoon
- 2 Large Mixing Bowls
- Parchment Paper
- Whisk or Fork
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Lightly grease both bread pans.
- Line both baking pans with parchment paper.
- Mix all dry ingredients into one mixing bowl and sift until evenly blended.
- Combine all wet ingredients into a separate mixing bowl with either a whisk or a fork.
- Slowly combine all ingredients by pouring the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and stirring with a mixing spoon until the dough reaches a nice even color and consistency.
- Divide batter in half and pour one half into each bread pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove both loaves of bread from the oven and cover each one with a clean, dry towel.
- Cool bread for 15-20 minutes before removing the bread from the baking pans.
- Enjoy! Store in a sealed airtight container or a freezer baggie and freeze for up to six months.

- 1 tablespoon of shelled hemp seeds
- 600 milliliters of hemp milk
- 80 milliliters of vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 200 grams of coconut sugar
- 130 grams of cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
- vegan butter (enough to grease the pan)
Tools
- 1 cake pan
- 1 sifter
- 2 mixing bowls

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
Sift wholemeal flour, baking powder, hemp flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and salt all into the same bowl. - Stir dry ingredients with a mixing spoon.
- In a separate bowl combine hemp milk, vanilla, oil, and vinegar.
- Add set ingredients slowly into the mixing bowl full of sifted ingredients and mix well.
- Grease cake pan with butter.
- Bake cake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow 1-2 hours to completely cool before icing.
Frosting ingredients
- 250 grams of vegan chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 200 grams of vegan butter
- 250 grams of ground coconut sugar

Instructions
- Cream vanilla, vegan butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Melt 250 grams of vegan chocolate using a microwave.
- Mix melted chocolate with premixed ingredients. Stir well.
