Healthy bread these days can be hard to come by. This kind of bread is not only healthy, but it is also safe for anyone on a Paleo diet since it contains surprisingly high amounts of essential proteins and nutrients like fiber while staying low in carbs.

  • 1 cup of hemp seed flour
  • 1 cup of linseed meal
  • 2 cups of almond meal
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 8 eggs
  • 6 teaspoons of either apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of oil (olive oil preferred)


  • 2 bread pans
  • Oven
  • Mixing Spoon
  • 2 Large Mixing Bowls
  • Parchment Paper
  • Whisk or Fork


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Lightly grease both bread pans.
  3. Line both baking pans with parchment paper.
  4. Mix all dry ingredients into one mixing bowl and sift until evenly blended.
  5. Combine all wet ingredients into a separate mixing bowl with either a whisk or a fork.
  6. Slowly combine all ingredients by pouring the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and stirring with a mixing spoon until the dough reaches a nice even color and consistency.
  7. Divide batter in half and pour one half into each bread pan.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  9. Remove both loaves of bread from the oven and cover each one with a clean, dry towel.
  10. Cool bread for 15-20 minutes before removing the bread from the baking pans.
  11. Enjoy! Store in a sealed airtight container or a freezer baggie and freeze for up to six months.

Vegan  hemp seed cake recipe

  • 200 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 50 grams of hemp flour
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of shelled hemp seeds
  • 600 milliliters of hemp milk
  • 80 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 200 grams of coconut sugar
  • 130 grams of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
  • vegan butter (enough to grease the pan)


  • 1 cake pan
  • 1 sifter
  • 2 mixing bowls
  • oven
  • mixing spoon


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    Sift wholemeal flour, baking powder, hemp flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and salt all into the same bowl.
  2. Stir dry ingredients with a mixing spoon.
  3. In a separate bowl combine hemp milk, vanilla, oil, and vinegar.
  4. Add set ingredients slowly into the mixing bowl full of sifted ingredients and mix well.
  5. Grease cake pan with butter.
  6. Bake cake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow 1-2 hours to completely cool before icing.

Frosting ingredients

  • 250 grams of vegan chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 200 grams of vegan butter
  • 250 grams of ground coconut sugar


  • 1 bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 icing tool
  • Microwave


  1. Cream vanilla, vegan butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Melt 250 grams of vegan chocolate using a microwave.
  3. Mix melted chocolate with premixed ingredients. Stir well.

Hemp seed flour pancakes recipe

This recipe is a perfect start for any morning and contains absolutely no gluten making it a healthy alternative for those looking for health benefits as well as those with food sensitivities.


  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 6 tablespoons of ground flax seed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of hemp seed flour
  • 1 cup of brown rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon


  • 2 mixing bowls
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 frying pan


  1. Preheat a frying pan or grill to 375 F.
  2. In a mixing bowl use a whisk to combine almond milk, ground flaxseed, vanilla, and olive oil.
  3. In a second mixing bowl add hemp flour, sorghum flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Slowly combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter reaches an even smooth consistency.
  5. Let the mixture sit for five minutes before frying.
  6. Use 1 cup of batter per pancake leaving breathing room for the pancakes to expand.
  7. Fry using a small amount of vegan butter until brown.
  8. Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
