- 4 pounds of chicken legs

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt

Spread the chicken legs out across a baking tray and set them aside for now.

Combine all of the remaining dry ingredients in a mixing bowl with a whisk to create a perfect rub.
