Cannabis-infused baked pork chops with mushroom soup

Ingredients

  • 4 large pork chops
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 1 cooking onion (diced)
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 tablespoons (or less) of cannabutter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to a large saucepan and wait for it to reach a suitable cooking temperature over high heat. When it’s ready, a small drop of water dripped into the middle should immediately cause a reaction.

  2. Once the cooking oil is heated, place the pork chops in, one at a time with enough breathing room between them to prevent the pieces from sticking together.

  3. Brown the outer edges of the pork chop for 3-4 minutes per side.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  5. While you wait for the oven, use a small pan to sauté the onions in the remaining cooking oil over medium heat until they are soft. Before removing sautéed onion from the heat, add cannabutter and allow to melt.

  6. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet with at least 1 inch between them, then drizzle the cannabutter and sautéed onion mixture over the meat.

  7. Use a large mixing bowl to whisk together the can of mushroom soup and milk.

  8. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the pork chops, then cover the entire dish
    with a layer of aluminum foil.

  9. Bake the mushroom soup and onion coated pork chops in the oven for 40 minutes.

  10. Serve the baked pork chops while steaming hot for the best flavor and effects.
