Is there ever a better way to enjoy a spicy delight than with an added touch of cannabis? This recipe includes the delicious ranch sauce, chicken wings, and added a vegetable side dish to accompany your delicious wings, but there is no cannabis in the ranch dressing.

Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup of buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh dill weed chopped finely
  • ½ freshly chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Himalayan finely ground salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cracked black peppercorn

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a glass mixing bowl, and mix till ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  2. Store the mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Marijuana-infused buffalo wing sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of hot sauce
  • ½ cup of cold cannabis butter
  • 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Himalayan ground pink salt

Directions

  1. Combine the above ingredients in a pot and simmer, making sure to stir them with a whisk

  2. When the ingredients in the pot reach boiling point, remove from heat and set it aside for now. Your cannabis-infused sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks safely

  3. Prepare your 2 pounds of chicken wings by cutting them in two. You can discard the tips of the chicken wings, or save them for making cannabis-infused chicken stock later on.

  4. Wash your wings and dry them with a paper towel, then place them in a glass bowl.

  5. Seasoning your wings before frying enhances the flavor. To do that you will need:

  • Juice from one lime
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black peppercorn
  1. Let your seasoned wings sit in the fridge for 2-4 hours

  2. Deep fry your chicken wings for about 12 minutes.

  3. While your wings are cooking, put your infused buffalo sauce in a container with a lid.

  4. After wings are cooked and crispy, place them in the container holding the buffalo sauce, shake the bowl to cover the wings with the sauce.

  5. You are now ready to serve your cannabis-infused buffalo sauce wings. Plate your wings on a long rectangular dish and squeeze a ½ of a lemon’s juice over top of them. Then you can pull out a small serving dish of your homemade ranch dressing, to complement the wings. Add a side dish of julienne cut celery and carrots for a mouth cleansing addition.

How to know the amount of THC in your edibles

  • 1 gram of your top-shelf cannabis, is equal to 1000 milligrams of THC
  • 10% of a thousand milligrams of THC is equal to 100 milligrams
  • That equates as one gram of marijuana containing 100 milligrams of THC.

To further explain, this means that the one ounce, or 28 grams used to make one cup of butter, results in 2800 milligrams of THC in one cup of butter.

When determining the amount of THC in your infused recipe, you need to divide the number of THC milligrams that are used by the number of servings in your dish. Since this recipe calls for one half a cup of infused oil and the number of wings to be coated with the infused oil is 24, each wing would contain about 58 milligrams of THC.

An excellent pairing with these cannabis-infused buffalo wings is Colombian Gold, for a landrace Sativa high type of experience.
