  • 2 large apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 8 slices of french bread
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cannabutter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of cannabis oil
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Maple syrup


  • Two large saucepans

  1. Toss 2 tablespoons of cannabutter, the apple slices, cinnamon, and brown sugar into the saucepan and set the burner to medium heat.

  2. Cook the apples in the sauce for approximately 5 minutes or until tender, then turn off the burner.

  • In a bowl that is only slightly wider than a piece of bread, add the eggs, vanilla, milk and cannabis oil and blend them together with a whisk.

  • In a clean saucepan, add the remaining cannabutter and set the burner to medium heat until it melts.

  • Dip each slice of bread one side at a time into the milk and oil mixture then place them in the sizzling hot frying pan for approximately 5 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.

  • Set 2 french toast slices on each plate and garnish them with an even scoop of the apple mixture, and a dollop of maple syrup for extra sweetness.
