Must-have menu items for a cannabis Christmas meal
The enticing snow is falling outside, the fire is roaring, and Christmas is just around the corner. It’s time to plan for that festive gathering to celebrate with friends, and enjoy good company, and to help with it all, cannabis is defiantly a must on the to-do list. The versatility of cannabis today allows the infusion into food to be comfortable and safe as long as you follow dosing requirements. So, let us begin our menu for the festive day.

- 1 fresh twig of Thyme
- 1 half a cup of chicken stock
- 1 loaf of Cubed French bread
- 1 teaspoonful of salt pepper and garlic seasoning
- 6 stalks of celery
- 1 diced onion
You are now ready to combine all of the items in a saucepan except the breadcrumbs. When the ingredients are combined, you can add the breadcrumbs.
In a buttered glass pan pour you stuffing into the container and put in a 350-degree oven for 40 minutes.
3. Mashed potatoes
Mashed potatoes are a must for the Christmas dinner. Using your premade Cannabutter when whipping your potatoes will present delicious cannabis-infused mashed potatoes.
- 5 pounds of Yellow Flesh Potatoes
- 1 teaspoonful of salt
- 3 tablespoons of Cannabutter
- 1/2 cup of milk
Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender when pricked with a fork.

4. Vegetable medley

- Wash and cube one squash
- One teaspoonful of salt
- Three tablespoons of Cannabutter
Put both vegetables in a glass pan, add your cannabutter and then place it in the oven at 350 for about 45 mins, or until the veggies are tender to touch.
5. Turkey dripping gravy
Gravy made from the drippings of the infused turkey will be an enjoyable, tasty part of the Christmas dinner.
- One can of turkey gravy
- Three tablespoons of drippings from the turkey
Combine both ingredients in a pot on a low stovetop setting until heated.
6. Pot brownies
Now, no Christmas dinner is complete with the “piece de resistance." A delicious infused dessert will put the finishing touches on such a delightful meal. A delicious pot brownie derived from the infused edible cookie dough is just what is needed to round out the dessert course for your infused adult-only Christmas meal.
- 3 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 cup of Cannabutter
- 1 1/4 cups of coconut sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups of flour
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Grease a 9x13 glass pan.
Melt chocolate in large glass bowl.
Add cannabutter and mix in coconut sugar, salt, and vanilla till combined.
Add the eggs one at a time mixing well in between.
Add the flour.
Pour the mixed batter into baking pan and bake it for thirty minutes.
Let the brownie cool and then cut into pieces before serving.
Remember that the rule of thumb to enjoying a cannabis-infused edible is to start low and move forward slowly.
