47 Main Street Burin Bay Arm, Newfoundland, and Labrador is the address to head to if you prefer to purchase your bud through your car window in a legal manner. Oceanic Releaf Inc. has opened its first drive-thru marijuana store in what is looked upon as one of the world's last unspoiled regions today. Set in rural Newfoundland, the cultivation facility is nestled in the community of Burin.

The partnership between Delta 9, a publicly traded company, and Oceanic Releaf will provide products for the retail store. Delta 9 owns a five percent equity stake in Oceanic Releaf. The 2300 square foot retail cannabis store is located close to the regional hospital and the North Atlantic College. Delta 9 is looking forward to broadening the cultivation and retail operations with Oceanic Releaf throughout Newfoundland.

Normalizing cannabis use

Genetica

Oceanic is looking forward to contributing to the much-needed normalizing of cannabis while providing a genuine comfortable experience for the consumer. The retail store offers multiple ways to conduct business, including the option to remain in their car while purchasing their bud and coffee at the drive-thru window. Living as the world is today in a COVID-19 era, Oceanic is proud to be part of the solution and not the problem by social distancing and following health regulations.

Inside the retail shop, the atmosphere is of a modern and open decor experience. If you are not sure of what you want to purchase, the highly trained staff are capable of offering a wide range of products and knowledge on things like:

  • Cannabis oil
  • Dried cannabis flower
  • Drinkables
  • Edibles
  • Coffee and tea
  • A wide arrangement of cannabis accessories

Free marijuana education courses are also being offered by the trained staff in the stores' educational area.

Final thoughts

A former fish plant located in Burin is where Taylor Giovannini, founder of Oceanic, plans to grow weed in his next venture. At present, his focus is on the retail store's opening, seeing this as a fantastic milestone for Oceanic. Oceanic Releaf will be the biggest marijuana retail store in the area with the addition of providing a drive-thru. Who would not enjoy a drive-thru morning run to pick up a delicious coffee along with an order of your favourite edibles for when you get home?  Way to go, Newfoundland and Labrador!
