After you get high, it’s not uncommon to come down with a bad case of the munchies, and that’s when we tend to reach for high calories salt and sugar-filled treats because it’s just so easy to, but after so many times of doing that, you will be left feeling sluggish, and in some cases, gain unnecessary amounts of weight, so why not get ahead of it, before it becomes a habit, and plan out some incredibly healthy snacks instead.

High protein snacks

Protein is necessary for building muscle, and it helps to keep your energy levels up while you’re stoned, which is why high protein snacks are one of the most recommended groups to stick with. It will take much less to fill you up, and that full feeling will last so much longer, so they are well worth stocking up on whenever you get the chance.

Peanuts, walnut, pecans, pistachios, almonds, and any other kind of nut you can think of can make great healthy snacks when you’re stoned because you can eat them slowly, making it feel like you’re stuffing your face all day when you’re really only eating a small handful at a time.
