We are fully compliant with all state laws and are required to levy a 5.5% tax on all non-edible sales, and an 8% tax on edible items. All customers must have a medical card in order to purchase THC products. A medical card is not required for CBD products. DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: Typically, ATMs stipulate that you must withdraw money from your bank account in $5, $10 or even $20 increments. When you run a debit card in our store or when paying for delivery using a debit card, money is pulled out of your bank account in increments of $10. This means that, if your total is $38, we must run your card for $40. If you are shopping in-store, we will give you the change for this difference (we would return the $2 you were overcharged). If you are paying for a delivery, we will run your card the same way. Drivers can provide change for the difference to the nearest dollar. Additionally, please be aware that our cashless ATM processor charges a $3 ATM fee that some banks will return to the account holder. Please contact your bank to determine if you are reimbursed for ATM fees. LOYALTY PROGRAM: Get the most out of your shopping experience! Earn 10% back on every purchase (excluding apparel) as in-store credit. Your credit becomes available upon completion of your first in-store transaction and may be applied during any following visit to our storefront. Customers may save their credit indefinitely or apply it as a discount to every in-store item (excluding apparel).
