PLEASE NOTE: Delivery orders must be submitted the day prior before 12pm in order to get on our delivery route for your scheduled delivery day. If you are a new patient wanting to schedule a delivery with us, please visit our website at www.cccmeds.com and first register as a new patient so we can put you into our system. After we receive your registration, please feel free to submit an online order or call us at (866) 291-8797 to place an order for delivery.
